Who we are

What data we collect

Gaze is designed to collect as little data as possible.

The only personal information stored is your first name, which you optionally enter in Settings. This is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

Your session history — including session dates, durations, sound mode, and any optional reflection tags or notes you add — is stored entirely on your device. It never leaves your phone.

We do not collect analytics. We do not track your usage. We do not use advertising SDKs. We have no backend server.

Apple Health

If you choose to allow it, Gaze writes completed wall-gazing sessions to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes. We only write to Health — we never read any Health data. This permission is entirely optional and can be revoked at any time in your iPhone's Settings app under Health > Data Access & Devices.

Subscriptions

Gaze+ subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Q&S Projects BV does not process or store any payment information. Your subscription can be managed and cancelled at any time through your Apple ID settings.

Children

Gaze is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
